 Andrew "Judge" Napolitano jest najmłodszym sędzią Sądu Najwyższego Superior Court w historii stanu New Jersey. W okresie pomiędzy 1987 i 1995 Judge Napolitano przeprowadził ponad 150 rozpraw sądowych i brał udział we wszystkich związanych z przestępstwami kryminalnymi, cywilnymi, i rodzinnymi, posiedzeniach Sądu Najwyższego New Jersey.
